PRP for Hair Restoration (Platelet Rich Plasma)

PRP for hair restoration uses innovative platelet rich plasma (PRP) technology whereby a clients’ own blood is drawn to extract the PRP and then injected into the scalp where hair loss/thinning is present. Platelets are the component of our Blood that contain multiple growth factors and nutrients. This procedure stimulates new growth of the hair.

HOW IT WORKS
A sample of your blood is spun in a centrifuge, which separates the highly concentrated platelet-rich plasma from the other components of the sample. When injected into the scalp, platelet rich plasma releases growth factors, causing increased tissue rejuvenation and growth. This procedure is unique because your own natural tissue is used to rejuvenate yourself without foreign substances.
